Valuable Insight, Steadily Delivered
Our Institutional Services Group serves as investment consultant for more than 100 retirement plans, foundations, and endowments, overseeing billions of dollars in institutional assets. We specialize in providing clients with plan design assistance, competitive plan cost structures, solid long-term net performance, independent participant education, and fiduciary compliance.
In 2006, the U.S. Secretary of Labor, Elaine Chow appointed Edward Schwartz, to serve on the U.S. Department of Labor ERISA Advisory Council. Given the Department of Labor’s oversight of corporate retirement plans, this appointment has given our firm unique perspective to reinforce what it means to be a retirement plan fiduciary.
Our commitment to our clients is centered upon developing and optimizing a process for plan sponsors and plan sponsor committees. This includes a systematic approach to fiduciary review meetings, during which we provide critical analysis of plan design assistance, competitive plan cost structures, solid long-term net performance, independent participant education, and fiduciary compliance. As an independent consultant, we work with many different plan providers and recordkeepers. Our independence places us on the same side of the table as our clients.
