Sergio Perkovic is a Vice President in Schwartz & Co.’s Investment Banking Group. His background is comprised of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private investing, and investment management. Sergio advises business owners, management teams, and private equity-backed companies on M&A, strategic transactions, and capital raising opportunities. He is responsible for supporting all aspects of advisory and capital markets engagements for the firm’s clients.
Prior to joining Schwartz & Co., Sergio was in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs, where he advised individuals, families, business owners, and entrepreneurs on investment strategy and wealth management solutions. Through this experience, he developed a deep understanding of the financial and strategic considerations that clients face before and after significant business transactions. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Perkovic was an Analyst at Credit Suisse, where he focused on public market investments across equities and derivatives.
Mr. Perkovic received his BBA from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a captain of the Men’s Lacrosse Team. He holds and maintains FINRA Series 7, 3, 57 and 63 licenses. He and his wife reside in Birmingham, Michigan.
